So during one of the breaks between calling tickets, the 'rookies' put on a skit (making fun) of the older players. They had to keep it rated G, and they really did a great job of it. For parents and fans who don't get into the locker-room to get the inside jokes and such, they really kept it so it was funny, and we werent lost.
In this skit, two of the players were getting interviewed. Jared was 'Nelson' from the Icedogs. Apparently, he always walked around with a water bottle throwing it around, trying to get it to land upright, and then when it does land upright, he makes a sign thing with his fingers. While the other guys were talking, 'Nelson' (Jared) did his thing, and he landed it, and did the finger thing. It was very funny.

Here are the older guys (the ones getting made fun of) laughing at it.

In this one Jared was Icedog player Kircheval. I guess he gets calls all the time from Division III teams that want him, and when he gets off the phone, he tells all the guys he isn't playing for no Division III school. Here Jared is re-enacting one of the phone calls. It was very funny.

He really did a great job. For as quiet as he always is, when is acting he really hams it up. I think he caught quite a few people by suprise, as a lot of people were telling him how great and funny he was.

I can't believe we left early. Lesson learned - lots of them. Next time we bring the kids and don't try to have an evening alone.
