"I'm daisy for you!"

These are some of the Iris's in my Iris bed. We dug them out of a ditch about 5 years ago. Annual pictures of the boys to come soon..

When we moved into our place, out in the ditch area in front of the house, I decided to throw seed down that was the longer type of grass, that only grows to a certain length. That way, we would not have to mow it. I also threw in a bunch of Daisy seeds. Well Derek almost always mows it or wants it mowed. If you dont, trees and everything else will grow right up. So we usually mow it down. This summer I have let it grows. Look how pretty~! Derek thinks it looks like a weed jungle! I like it.
